We are looking for an experienced Sales Engineer to provide technical presales support for the Endace sales team primarily in the North-Eastern area. This includes technical qualification, technical presentations, solution design, training, product feedback, product evaluations, and implementations.
Day to day you will work with customers, and partners to identify their needs and design solutions based on Endace technology that provide them both business and technical benefit. You will create proof of concept designs, install and support evaluation equipment and provide information and training to help our customers get the most out of their solutions.
To successfully do all this you will need to have a relevant tertiary qualification, demonstrated experience in a presales role for a security, or network monitoring hardware vendor and has hands on experience troubleshooting complex network issues with network analysis tools (e.g. Wireshark, Argus). A solid understanding of TCP/IP, network analysis and understanding of network security and threat mitigation is also necessary.
