Sales Director – Western Region

Our team is looking for an experienced Sales Director, based in the Bay Area, to build and manage all sales activities in the Western region. Responsibilities include the day-to-day management of active accounts, quota attainment, channel partners and prospecting.

In this role, you will be responsible for meeting or exceeding your revenue and profitability targets and growing our customer portfolio, while ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

Well-developed sales skills in the network security and network monitoring industry are required, in addition to a track record of successfully selling network and security solutions to enterprise customers. We are looking for someone who can actively translate product features into benefits that solve real problems, across a wide variety of audiences from Analysts to Chief Information/Information Security Officers. Strong communication, influencing, negotiation and closing skills are essential, as well as familiarity with our preferred CRM, Salesforce.

This position will suit someone with a successful track record of building sales territories and accurately forecasting sales opportunities that has 7- 9 years of field sales experience selling network security or network monitoring solutions to enterprise or assigned industry vertical customers.
