Location: Auckland or Hamilton
In this role you will be responsible for the planning, management, delivery and deployment of information technology across the business, as well as delivering IT projects for new initiatives and providing day to day desktop support and systems administration.
To be great at this role you will really need to know your stuff and be able to jump from management and projects to operations and support at a moment’s notice. You must be able to communicate, and gain buy in from a diverse, technical and knowledgeable group of stakeholders all with special and specific needs.
To get down to technical specifics you will need to have a:
- Strong IT management background with a thorough understanding of networking, application and infrastructure technologies
- A strong understanding of VMware Virtualisation
- Experience with Microsoft AD, Group Policy, ADFS and Exchange
- Administration experience with a mix of systems and operating systems (Windows, Linux, Mac).
- Knowledge of Anti-Virus Software, Security Issues, Mobile Device Management and back-up strategies
