Internships at Endace

We believe our interns should have meaningful, paid work, own their daily responsibilities and be contributing members of the team just like everyone else. You will become a sought after graduate with real, hands-on experience.

Endace interns work within the Engineering team in our Hamilton office on individual projects that are commercially relevant to our business. Endace interns will never be coffee runners or paper pushers! Our program is well structured and you will be well supported with guidance from both a manager and mentor.

We want to hear from current students who are technically excellent with strong academic results, who are able use their initiative to learn and improve while seeking guidance if required. You will need to demonstrate high levels of drive, be good at planning and prioritizing and able to communicate logically, clearly and effectively.

You will learn technical skills that are aligned to your interests, and how Endace works as a whole. What’s more you will have exposure to a team of really talented individuals who are achieving market leading work at a New Zealand-owned, global tech company.

Meet Some of Our Previous Interns

" The intern program has been an invaluable start to my career. I was able to discuss ideas with my mentor, who guided me to discover solutions on my own. I learned a lot from people around me who are extremely good at what they do."

– KIM CORNWELL, SOFTWARE ENGINEER

"Endace’s intern program allowed me to put learning into context in the real world. The tech I was working on is still used in the business today.

Being known to the business meant that, come time to graduate, I was able to take advantage of opportunities to develop my career at Endace and I have never looked back."

– MATT HARKER, SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER

"The program at Endace gives you an understanding of the company as a whole, with lunch and learns on different areas of the business. This provided me with a really good background to help me transition into full time work."

– SCOTT YEARBURY, SOFTWARE ENGINEER
