Endace DAG High-Speed Packet Capture Cards
For OEMs and System Builders looking to build their own packet capture and analytics hardware, Endace DAG™ Packet Capture Cards are an ideal choice. They allow easy development via a powerful and easy-to-use API and are also compatible with libpcap based applications using DAG-enabled libpcap libraries (Pcap and PcapNG) which are supplied with the DAG Card software bundle.
The DAG Card driver is open source (developers will need a Developer Site License for access to the source code) and provides access to rich header information and to real-time card performance information such as link speed and performance
Timing and Accessories
DAG Cards provide highly-accurate, hardware-based time-stamping on every captured packet. The DAG Card's internal clock can be synchronized with a central time source using an IRIG-B or 1PPS signal connected to its built-in time-synchronization port. The EndaceTDS TDS-24 Time Distribution Server can be used to provide time synchronization from one input source to up to 24 DAG Cards or EndaceProbe appliances.
