WOW! deploys EndaceProbes™ for service assurance monitoring
Endace (LSE: EDA), world leaders in packet capture and analysis, today announced that WOW! Internet, Cable and Phone (“WOW!”), a US leading provider of high-speed internet, phone and cable TV bundled services serving communities in Illinois, Michigan, Indiana and Ohio, will deploy an Endace Monitoring and Recording System across its 10Gb/s network infrastructure to help WOW! monitor and understand the quality of video and voice streams and to improve the end-user experience to their business and consumer customers.
WOW! will deploy Psytechnics Experience Manager in The Endace Application Dock™, alongside Endace Analytics, initially using EndaceProbes on its cable master facility in Illinois. The systems will be used to monitor and record all traffic on both 10Gb/s and 1Gb/s links and will enable technicians to resolve issues rapidly in response to customer enquiries.
