In accordance with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6 and following admission to trading of the 2,237 ordinary shares issued as a result of the exercise of options, the Company hereby notifies the market of the following:
The Company's issued share capital at the date of this notice consists of 14,866,861 ordinary shares with each share carrying the right to one vote. The Company hold no shares in Treasury.
