Total Voting Rights

In accordance with the Transparency Directive’s transitional provision 6 and following admission to trading of the 34,600 ordinary shares issued as a result of the exercise of options, the Company hereby notifies the market of the following:

The Company’s issued share capital at the date of this notice consists of 14,798,424 ordinary shares with each share carrying the right to one vote. The Company holds no shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company at the date of this notice is 14,798,424.

The above figure of 14,798,424 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA’s Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
