Total Voting Rights and Capital

In accordance with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6 and following admission to trading of the 66,200 ordinary shares issued as a result of the exercise of options, the Company hereby notifies the market of the following:

The Company's issued share capital at the date of this notice consists of 14,864,624 ordinary shares with each share carrying the right to one vote. The Company holds no shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company at the date of this notice is 14,864,624.
