Resignation of non-executive director
Andrew Lark has notified the company that he wishes to resign as a non-executive director effective 1 August 2008, due to increased commitments. The Company has already engaged in the process of finding a replacement non-executive director.
Selwyn Pellett, Chairman of Endace, said: "The Board has benefited from Andy's significant marketing and industry experience. We would like to thank him for the contribution he has made to Endace's progress to date and to wish him well for the future."
