For CIO’s MTTR really matters – the faster issues can be resolved the more issues can be handled by a smaller group of people. The current monitoring paradigm does little to help organizations manage MTTR – requiring multiple proprietary systems to remediate issues (what we call ‘swivel chair event management’).

To improve MTTR, we have developed a unique event communication engine which enables tools to share pieces of information, trace files and metadata between them automatically. The event communication engine is built on an open standard and is easily adopted by third-party application vendors.
