Publication of Annual Report and Accounts

Endace Limited ("Endace" or "the company")(AIM: EDA), the world leader in industrial strength IT network security and analysis products, announces that it has published and posted to shareholders its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2006 ("Annual Report").

For the information of both shareholders and the investment community, a copy of the Annual Report, Notice of AGM and related documents will be available for at least one month, free of charge, at the company's head office being Building 7, 17 Lambie Drive, Manukau 2241, New Zealand. Additionally, these documents are available on the company's website or can be requested by email.
