Production Test Engineering Manager

We are looking for a Production Test Engineering Manager. This is a new role bringing together a small team to focus on implementing best practices in all aspects of production test across our portfolio. The team is responsible for developing overall production test strategies and test plans for new products in our portfolio. It is also responsible for the development of test software and hardware and test processes.
This role is critical to ensure we continue to provide high quality product to our customers particularly as we introduce increasingly complex technology, processes and scale our production.
There are plenty of opportunities to help drive new methodologies and procedures to be used and to make production test processes both more effective and efficient.
The successful candidate will need strong production test engineering skills and have been exposed to all aspects of test strategy, design and implementation. Linux skills and experience with standard test development environments and tools are important. JTAG experience is desirable.
Good communications skills are important as the team will deal with multiple internal teams to understand requirements and technology, as well as dealing with manufacturing partners. Team management skills are desirable.
