NinjaProbe 40G1

Provides telecommunication carriers with a solution to scale network monitoring applications to provide visibility on next generation 40Gbps network links.

The NinjaProbe 40G1 passively captures all traffic on OC-768 (STM-256) networks and by combining with multiple lower speed NinjaProbe appliances, carriers have the ability to store or extensively analyze 40Gbps data.

Monitoring Next Generation Networks

By deploying 40-Gbps OC-768 Synchronous Optical Networking (SONET) links, telecommunication carriers are scaling their network infrastructure to support the increasing bandwidth demands of content-rich multimedia applications. As these data volumes scale carriers still have the need to monitor network traffic for troubleshooting, security, regulatory compliance and to verify performance. The NinjaProbe 40G1 provides a migration path for these applications by distributing all or selected 40Gbps data on lower speed interfaces for further processing.
