Endace Limited ("the Company")The Company received a notification on 6 June 2006 from Artemis Investment Management Limited, informing it that Artemis Investment Management Limited and certain of its subsidiary companies have a notifiable interest of 1,590,000 ordinary shares. This represents 10.78% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
