Notification of Interest(s) in Shares
Endace Limited ("the Company")The Company received two notifications on 20 July 2006, both dated 12 July 2006 from Artemis Investment Management Limited the first informing it that Barclays UK Smaller Companies following a recent purchase, date or dates not supplied, now has a notifiable interest in 760,000 ordinary shares representing 5.15% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company, The second that Artemis Special Situations has a notifiable interest in 1,460,000 ordinary shares representing 9.90% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
Due to the increase by Barclays UK Smaller Companies the total aggregate holding for Artemis Investment Management Limited and certain of its subsidiary companies is 2,220,000 ordinary shares representing 15.05% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
