Notice Of Annual Meeting 2009
Endace Limited has sent notice to shareholders of the Company's Annual General Meeting, to be held at the offices of Panmure Gordon & Co. Plc, 155 Moorgate, London, EC2M 6XB, England on Wednesday 2 September 2009 at 9.30am, together with accompanying forms and 2009 Annual Report.
New Zealand based members of the board including the Chairman, the Chief Executive Officer and the Chief Financial Officer will be attending the meeting via video conference from New Zealand.
