Networking industry veterans bring expertise to marketing and engineering

Endace Limited ("Endace" of the "Company") (AIM: EDA), a world leader in high speed, high capacity IT network security and analysis products, announces the appointments of senior managers into the Company's marketing and engineering teams. Mike Riley has been appointed as Vice President of Worldwide Marketing, based in the Company's Auckland headquarters. Annie Rastello has been appointed Card Group Manager, based in Hamilton, New Zealand.

Mike Riley: Vice President of Worldwide Marketing
Mike Riley has over 20 years experience in the networking and security marketplace. For the past four years he served as Vice President of Marketing and Strategy at Boston, MA-based Network Engines, Inc. (NASDAQ: NENG), a leading manufacturer of server appliances for the security and storage networking market place. In this role he led Network Engines' Marketing and Corporate Development initiatives, including the launch of the Network Engines NS-series of security appliances in partnership with Microsoft Corporation. Prior to his tenure at Network Engines, Riley served as Chief Marketing Officer at Sonexis, Inc., and Senior Vice President Worldwide Sales and Marketing at Artel Video Systems, Inc. Riley was previously General Manager, Europe, Middle East and Africa for Premisys Communications, and held various technical and sales roles at Newbridge Networks in Europe. He holds a Bachelor of Science Honours Degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Southampton, UK.

Annie Rastello: Card Group Manager
Annie Rastello has 14 years of engineering experience in the telecommunications industry. In her prior role, she led the development of a remote carrier-grade multiplexer system for Alcatel USA. Prior to that, Annie was an expert in board, FPGA and ASIC design with Alcatel Space Industries, Toulouse, France. She holds a Masters Degree in microelectronics from the University of Grenoble, France, and an engineering degree from ENST (Telecommunications Superior National School), France.
