Endace Strengthens Team Responsible For Bringing 100-Percent Packet Capture To All Network Monitoring And Security Applications

Industry Veterans Ian Browde and Alison Best Hired to Onboard Software Partners for the Company’s Application Dock Partner Program

Endace (LSE: EDA), world leaders in high-speed packet capture and analysis platforms, today announced industry veterans Ian Browde and Alison Best are to join its business development team. They will take responsibility for recruiting third-party application providers into the Endace Application Dock Partner Program.

Endace Application Dock™ enables third-party, custom and open-source network monitoring and security applications to leverage the power of Endace’s proven 100 percent accurate and highly scalable packet capture platform. The Endace Application Dock is native to all Endace Systems and enables up to six applications to coexist alongside the Endace Application Suite. The Application Dock Partner Program enables third partner application vendors to test and approve the performance of their applications on the Endace Platform, as well as benefit from Endace’s channel marketing activities.

Based in Silicon Valley, Calif., Browde will focus his activities with software partners in the area of Cybersecurity. He previously served as the director of strategy and business development at Nokia Infrastructure Services, where he directed the Nokia-Check Point alliance. Browde brings extensive experience and a proven track record in the field of application partner management.

Best, based in New York, will direct her efforts in the financial services sector and the more general enterprise monitoring marketplace. Prior to joining Endace, Best held various sales and business development positions at Smith Barney, Bloomberg and BT Radianz both in New York and London. Best’s deep expertise in the financial services market further reinforces Endace’s position as a market leader in the sector and will serve to further strengthen Endace’s relationship with latency monitoring application providers.

Browde and Best will be among the many Endace executives, developers and sales engineers at RSA Conference 2011, taking place February 14 to 18 at the Moscone Center in San Francisco. Endace is exhibiting in booth 1039.
