Endace announce addition of Mark Rowan to the Board of Directors

Endace announced today that it has expanded its Board of Directors to include Mark Rowan.

Mark is a partner in Comvest Limited, a venture capital company specializing in early stage technology investments. He is a non-executive director of Oxford Biosignals Ltd, Guidance Limited and Imperial College Innovations Limited, a company commercializing technology from Imperial College, London.

Mark previously worked at JP Morgan and AIG Financial Products where he was in charge of corporate finance in Europe and President of Banque AIG.
