Directorship Changes

Endace Limited ("Endace" or "the company")(AIM: EDA), the world leader in the acceleration of network security and network traffic analysis applications, confirms the appointment of Neil Hopkins as Finance Director, effective immediately. As previously announced, Mr. Hopkins succeeds Claire Mitchell who stepped down as Finance Director in order to relocate back to Australia for personal reasons, also effective 1 June 2006.

Mr. Hopkins joined Endace in March 2006 as Chief Financial Officer. He was previously Finance Director of Sony Music Entertainment (New Zealand) Limited.

Commenting on the appointment, Endace CEO Selwyn Pellett said, "Since joining Endace three months ago, Neil has already demonstrated his financial leadership abilities and we are very pleased to invite him onto the Company's Board. We wish Claire the very best for her future endeavours in Australia, and thank her for the considerable contribution she has made to Endace throughout her four years with the Company."
