Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Board of Endace Limited ("Endace" or "the Company") announces that on 14th June 2006, the Company received notification that John Philip Scott, Non-Executive Chairman, and Mark Derrick Rowan, Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased ordinary shares in the Company on 13th June 2006.

John Scott purchased 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 98p per share, and now has a beneficial interest in a total of 126,605 shares representing 0.86% of the issued share capital of the Company.

Mark Rowan purchased 150,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 98.49p per share, and now has a beneficial interest in a total of 211,729 shares representing 1.44% of the issued share capital of the Company.

The Company also announces that Prolificx New Zealand Limited ("Prolificx"), a telematics company, and one of Endace's shareholders at listing, sold its entire holding in the Company of 491,373 ordinary shares on 13th June 2006 at 98p per share to assist with funding requirements. Selwyn Pellett, Chief Executive Officer of Endace, is a non-executive director of Prolificx and has a beneficial interest in 30.66% of the shares in Prolificx.
