Directorate Change

Endace Limited (the "Company" or Endace"), (AIM : EDA) the network security company with market leading technology confirms the appointment of John Scott as Chairman, as detailed in the AIM Admission Document dated 10 June 2005 (the "Admission Document"). John Scott, currently a non-executive director, will take over the Chairmanship from Endace's current Chairman and Founder, Ian Graham. Ian Graham will continue in his position as Chief Technology Officer focusing primarily on Endace's R&D strategy.

The appointment is effective from 1st September 2005.

Other than the information already disclosed in the Admission Document, there are no other matters which are required to be announced as required under paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules.
