Director Share Dealings
The Company received notification on 4 July 2007 that John Scott, non-executive Deputy Chairman and Senior Independent Director, sold in total 22,500 ordinary shares in the Company 12,500 on 29 June 2007 at 435p per share and 5,000 on 2 July 2007 at 420p per share and 5,000 on 4 July at 415p per share. John now has a beneficial interest in 104,105 shares, representing 0.70% of the issued share capital of the Company and holds options over 21,605 shares.
