Director Share Dealings
Pursuant to Rule 17 of the AIM Rules, Endace Limited (the "Company") hereby announces a share transaction by a director.
The Company was notified on 25 November 2008 that Selwyn Pellett, Chairman of the Company, disposed of 150,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 300 pence per share. This represents 1.0% of the issued share capital of the Company. The total number of shares held by Mr Pellett following disposal is 1,731,979 representing 11.56% of total issued share capital.
Selwyn Pellett has undertaken to Panmure Gordon and the Company that he will not sell any more shares for a period of 12 months unless permission to do so is given by Panmure Gordon.
Selwyn Pellett's entire shareholding is held jointly by (i) Selwyn Lyall Pellett (ii) Denise Suzanne Wallwork and (iii) Frances Valintine.
