
Ian Graham
Chairman
Ian holds a PhD from Cambridge University, England, where he worked on microwave receivers for radio telescopes. After fifteen years in archaeological science, including teaching at the Institute of Archaeology of the University of London, he moved to New Zealand in 1986 as a Senior Lecturer in Computer Science. Ian served the 13 years from 1990 to 2003 as Dean of the School of Computing and Mathematical Sciences at the University of Waikato, and a Professor in the Computer Science Department. The Endace core technology was initially developed by the University research team led by Ian in the period 1995 to 2001.
Ian was one of the founders of Endace in 2001, and was Chairman of the Company at its admission to AIM in 2005. He has since served the company in turn as Chief Technology Officer and Chief Scientist before for taking up the position of Chairman again in March 2009.

John Scott
Deputy Chairman, Senior Independent Non-Executive Director
John is the senior non-executive director of Xaar plc (appointed in 2001) a global supplier of inkjet technology and printheads. He is also a non-executive director of a Lloyd's broker and five UK listed investment trusts, including Scottish Mortgage Investment Trust plc and JP Morgan Claverhouse Investment Trust plc.
Until February 2005, John was a non-executive director of Quiktrak Networks plc, a secure tracking and data messaging network operator, and prior to that worked for Lazard Brothers & Co., Limited for 20 years, where he was appointed an executive director in 1988.
John holds an MBA from INSEAD and an MA in Economics from Cambridge University.

Selwyn Pellett
Non-Executive Director
A successful entrepreneur, Selwyn is the founder of five technology companies including Endace. While he remains active in running a number of these companies, Selwyn also has a growing portfolio of directorships and has widely consulted with the New Zealand government over the past eight years.
Selwyn has built several decades of experience in international sales, marketing, and strategic planning in small start-ups through to multi-billion dollar corporations giving him a unique perspective on building successful New Zealand based technology companies.

Mark Rowan
Independent Non-Executive Director, Chairman of Audit Committee
Mark is a partner in Comvest Limited, a venture capital company specializing in early stage technology investments. He is a non-executive director of Imperial Innovations Limited, a company commercializing technology from Imperial College, London and BioCeramic Therapeutics. Mark previously worked at JP Morgan and AIG Financial Products where he was in charge of corporate finance in Europe and President of Banque AIG.
He has a degree from Cambridge University.

Mike Riley
Chief Executive Officer
Mike joined Endace in January 2007 as VP Worldwide Marketing for Endace before taking up the role of CEO in July. Mike has over 25 years experience in the networking and security marketplace. Prior to joining Endace he served for four years as Vice President of Marketing and Strategy at Network Engines, Inc. (NASDAQ: NENG), a leading manufacturer of server appliances for the security and storage networking market place. In this role he led Network Engines' Marketing and Corporate Development initiatives, including the launch of the Network Engines NS-series of security appliances in partnership with Microsoft Corporation.
Prior to his tenure at Network Engines, Mike served as Chief Marketing Officer at Sonexis, Inc., and Senior Vice President Worldwide Sales and Marketing at Artel Video Systems, Inc. Mike was previously General Manager, Europe, Middle East and Africa for Premisys Communications, and held various technical and sales roles at Newbridge Networks in Europe.
He holds a Bachelor of Science Honours Degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Southampton, UK.

Neil Hopkins
Finance Director
Neil Hopkins was formerly Finance Director of Sony Music Entertainment (New Zealand) Limited for 13 years, responsible for financial strategy and organization structure. Prior to that Neil was Audit Manager at Price Waterhouse in Auckland, New Zealand for three years, having emigrated from the United Kingdom in 1987.
In London, Neil graduated with a Bachelor of Arts with honours from Kingston University School of Business, then trained as a chartered accountant and was admitted to the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales in 1987.
Neil is responsible for the overall financial management and operational excellence of Endace Group.
