Appointment of new Chairman
Endace, a world leader in network monitoring solutions, announces the appointment of Dr Ian Graham as Chairman, effective 31st March 2009.
Dr Graham, 61, is a founder of the Company and was the developer of its original DAG technology, on which all of Endace's products are based. He was the Company's Chairman at the time of the successful flotation on AIM in London in 2005. He relinquished the Chair in September 2005 in order to concentrate on his role as Chief Scientist and further develop the Company's core IP, a position from which, as planned, he will step down on the 31st March 2009.
Dr Graham takes over from Selwyn Pellett, who will remain on the Board as a non-executive Director of the Company.
Ian Graham said: "Selwyn has played an essential part in the development of Endace, as a founder, CEO and Chairman. I look forward to his continuing contributions to Endace's success. I resume the Chair at a time of great turmoil in the world economy, but also at a time when the Company's products have never been better received by our customers worldwide."
