Appointment of Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Endace Limited (“Endace”; LSE/AIM: EDA), a world leader in network monitoring solutions, today announces board changes to take effect from 1 July 2007.

Selwyn Pellett currently Chief Executive Officer will become non-executive Chairman; John Scott becomes non-executive Deputy Chairman and Senior Independent Director, having previously been non-executive Chairman; and Mike Riley becomes Chief Executive Officer and a Director, having previously been Vice President of Worldwide Marketing.
