Annual General Meeting: Trading Update
Endace Limited (LSE/AIM: EDA, “Endace” or “the Company”), a world leader in network monitoring solutions, will be holding its Annual General Meeting later today.
Ian Graham, Chairman, will present the following trading update to the meeting:
“Endace has made good progress in the early months of the current year. We are seeing strong interest in our Financial Trade Latency and Cyber Security monitoring platforms and technology.
“While we have continued to maintain control over costs and cash we have, as highlighted at the time of our preliminary results in May, added strength and depth to our sales efforts in the US and EMEA through the successful hiring of high quality people in those regions.
“We continue to develop our partnership and collaborative agreements and are pleased to announce today that we have joined the Riverbed Technology Alliance (RTA) which demonstrates interoperability between Endace Probes and Riverbed’s Cascade Network Management Software Solution. The two companies are engaging in joint sales and marketing efforts to raise awareness of the partnership.
“We were pleased to announce this week the award of a NZ$4,444,269 (£2,060,748), grant from the New Zealand Government. This grant will help Endace accelerate a number of significant projects that will ensure that the company remains at the cutting edge of packet capture and analysis technologies, and is especially timely given the increased investments we are currently making in our sales and marketing activities.
“World economic conditions remain uncertain but we continue to experience increasing interest and demand for our products and solutions to protect critical infrastructure. Our pipeline remains strong and we remain confident of reporting results for the first half of the year in line with our expectations.”
