Endace Limited announces that 6,666 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company have been issued and allotted following the exercise of 6,666 options by an ex-employee.

No fees are payable by the Company in respect of this transaction. Application has been made for these shares to be admitted to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange for admission on 2 December 2009.
