ADDITIONAL LISTING

Endace Limited announces that 22,334 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company have been

issued and allotted following the exercise of 22,334 options by an employee.

No fees are payable by the Company in respect of this transaction. Application has been made for

these shares to be admitted to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange for

admission on 6 June 2008.
