Endace is a market-leading network security company specializing in real-time data management. Endace's global customers operate some of the world's fastest and most critical networks. These customers include western government security agencies, international telecommunication companies, some of the world's largest ISP's and a number of major corporations.

Endace Technology Limited was founded in New Zealand in May 2001 and the parent company, Endace Limited, was incorporated in New Zealand in June 2004. The Endace Group operates out of offices in New Zealand, United States, United Kingdom and Singapore, with the largest proportion of revenue derived from North America. The largest proportion of Endace's assets are based in the New Zealand operations and therefore New Zealand is considered the main country of operation for the purposes of AIM Rule 26.
Endace Limited was admitted to the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange on 15 June 2005.
